<p>PURPOSE:To provide a control device for electric water heater which can prevent the operation mode from being switched to a check-up mode by mistake by an operator. CONSTITUTION:A mode switching means 6 swiches an operation mode and check-up mode by the operation of a change-over switch which is provided on a remote controller 1. The change-over switch which switches the modes is constituted of two operation control switches which are provided on the remote controller 1. A change-over judging means 61 of the mode switching means 6 judges whether the two operation control switches are simultaneously continuously depressed for a specified period of time, or not, and a switching command generating means 62 switches the operation mode and check-up mode conforming to the judgement. A mode automatic returning means 63 automatically returns the check-up mode to the operation mode when a specified period of time has passed after the switching of the operation mode to check-up mode.</p> |
