PURPOSE:To absorb creases brought on a label for molding and increase the depositing characteristic of the label, by forming rugged slits on the surface of a unified mold body with the label by an inmold injection molding. CONSTITUTION:When a laminated label (a) is applied to an overcap A of a dry milk can or the like deposited on the surface of a molded body (b), a reinforcing step 3 with different level to withstand the deformation and ribs 4 to prevent from shifting on stacking are provided on the surface 2 of top plate 1 in the cap body (b). And radial thin linear grooves 6 are formed along the whole periphery from the step 3 to the outer peripheral edge 5 and linear grooves 6' are formed on the label (a) to correspond to the radial linear grooves 6. In this way, creases brought on the label surface can be absorbed by forcing the surface area of the cap body(b) to correspond to the surface area of the creases brought by the relation of the extension of the label (a) due to the heating and molding temperature, the following force of the molded product, and the contraction after molding. |
