PURPOSE:To provide a fluid stirrer adaptable as an ultrasonic washing device having high washing efficiency and an ultrasonic motor. CONSTITUTION:A fluid stirrer 21 is equipped with a stirring tank 23 receiving a fluid 22, the ultrasonic wave generating means arranged to the stirring tank 23 and the stirring propeller 25 attached to the stirring tank 2 in a freely rotatable manner. In this fluid stirrer 21, the ultrasonic waves emitted into the stirring tank 23 impinge against the stirring propeller 25 to be reflected and the stirring propeller 25 is rotated to emit reflected ultrasonic waves in all of directions to make the sound field in the stirring tank 23 uniform. Therefore, when the fluid stirrer is used as an ultrasonic washing device, the generation of a washing inferior part is eliminated and washing efficiency can be enhanced by the rotation of the fluid 22 itself and this fluid stirrer can be also used as an ultrasonic motor using the rotary energy of the stirring propeller as power. |
