PURPOSE:To raise a temperature of a coffee liquid at the time when extraction is finished, in the case of executing extraction of a coffee liquid in a small electric conduction duty ratio, in the coffee percolator which can vary an electric conduction duty ratio at the time of extraction. CONSTITUTION:The percolator is provided with an extraction course selecting means 15, a duty ratio arithmetic means 16, a duty electric conduction time arithmetic means 17, and a time counting means 18, and when a course at the time of extraction is selected by the extraction course selecting means 15, the time extending from the start of extraction to the start of continuous electric conduction is derived, and by varying a heating means 3 from duty electric conduction to continuous electric conduction, a temperature of an extracted coffee liquid is allowed to rise to a desired temperature. |
