PURPOSE:To numerically control the position of an electrode in three directions and to efficiently perform work in a short period by providing a head part with a vernier scale. CONSTITUTION:A torch part can move back and forth and a slant vertically in addition to rotation along the circumferential direction and can decide the position in a 0.1mm unit by using the provided vernier scale 2. The head part adopts head structure where back shield can be easily carried out. With this structure, centering fittings are combined with heat resistant material packing, shielding gas is moved back and a weld zone is covered from the rear. Since the torch part is provided with the vernier scale 2 and the electrode position is controlled numerically hereby, reproducibility is easy and instructions can be given to an unskilled worker by a numerical value. In addition, since adjusting shafts in the three directions are provided, positioning of the electrode is simple. |
