OPHTHALMIC MEDICAL CARE INSTRUMENT

PURPOSE:To provide an ophthalmic medical care instrument which can be easily used by making each part of an apparatus into a unit and can be consti tuted simply and inexpensively and wherein focusing of a laser beam for therapy can more precisely be controlled. CONSTITUTION:A constitution wherein a scanning type laser ophthalmoscope is combined with a laser beam coagulation apparatus with a different wave length from that of a laser beam for observation is used. A half mirror for irradiating a laser beam for therapy with a different wave length from that of the laser beam for observation to an eye to be examined is provided. In addition, a detecting apparatus 17 for the laser beam for therapy is positioned on the rear of a pinhole 13 positioned on the rear of a two-dimensional deflective scanning apparatus (4 and 8) of the laser beam for observation and a receiving signal from the detecting apparatus 17 is input into a signal treating apparatus 18 to perform synthesis so as to overlap it on an eyeground image and a condition of coincidence of the position of a spot image with the focus is displayed on a monitor 19.
