The sole plate (17) of the stock rail (3) is held on a base (6) on the rail side (2) by a curved spring (76). This spring is held by pressure at one end (77) towards the base and against the sole plate, pressure from a middle area (80) towards the top against the base, and pressure from the other end (78) towards the base on to a bearing plate (79) inserted between this end and a flat section (122) of the base. A lever (141) is used to insert the bearing plate, and also to dismantle it, allowing the spring to return to a state of elastic release and permit the dismantling of the stock rail. USE/ADVANTAGE - For attaching point rails and stock rails to a sleeper. Easy to use as well as to insert and dismantle.
