The system (2, 3) produces a hard copy whilst at the same time an exposed film (17) is developed. The system (2, 3) includes a film processor (2) with a developing unit (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11) and a drying unit (12) to carry out developing and drying process sequentially on the colour negative film (17). An image recorder (13) arranged in the processor (2) behind the drying unit (12) picks up an image from the film (17) and generates image data. A printer (3) prints a reproduced picture on a recording material (36) according to that data. The printer (3) has an image processor which corrects the density and colour of the image. A paper processor develops and dries the photographic paper and cuts it into photo sections. ADVANTAGE - Simple, compact system reducing processing time and difficulty.
