PURPOSE:To provide sintered magnetic bodies for high frequency useless radiation noise absorption and for low frequency noise absorption by using Mg-Mn-Zn ferrite material and controlling the content of ZnO which is the mixed material. CONSTITUTION:Mg-Zn-Cu-Mn-Fe-O2 ferrite material which has the following composition is used: MgO: 24 to 30mol%, ZnO: 16 to 24mol%, CuO: 0.3 to 0.5mol%, MnO: 5.5 to 11.2mol%, Fe2O3: 42 to 46mol% and Bi2O3 (additive: 0 to 0.8mol%. Based on the loadings of ZnO, which is mixed in the ferrite material, 400-1200mu value is allowed and a high frequency useless radiation noise absorbing sintered magnetic body which has high impedance characteristics is provided, When the composition is changed, a low frequency noise absorbing sintered magnetic body is provided. Thus, the sintered magnetic body with a discretionary mu value is provided and the sintered magnetic bodies for high frequency useless radiation noise absorption and for low frequency noise absorption are manufactured at low cost. |
