PURPOSE:To provide an image processing device capable of synthesizing a PDL developing image with an original image in one picture element unit by operating a reader by a unit band synchronizing with unit band print after the development of the unit band is completed when page description language is developed by a band as unit and it is printed out. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a developing means 710 which develops a part of one page to caster image data by translating the page description language. a storage means 713 for partial image data in one developed page, a synthesis means 744 which generates synthetic image data basing on the image data read out from an original reading means which reads an original by dividing into decided units and original image data read by an original reading means, and a control means 730 which performs the image formation of one page by controlling the developing means 710, the original reading means, and an image forming means, image-developing one page at every decided unit, and repeating the processing of a unit by operating the original reading means, the synthesis means, and the image forming means synchronizing with the image development of the unit. |
