MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A REAGENT FOR DIAGNOSIS

A method for preparing diagnostic polystyrene bead comprises: (a) mixing human immunoglobulin G, carbonate-bicarbonate buffer solutions and 0.8-1.0 wt.% polystyrene latex bead; (b) reacting the mixt. at 37 deg.C for 90 min.; (c) centrifuging it to obtain the precipitated material; and (d) forming latex bead adsorbed with human immunoglobulin G. The latex bead is useful as diagnostic reagent for detecting rheumatoid factor.
