PURPOSE:To provide a method for stabilizing the shape of a bead filler by which prevent the formed bead filler from becoming deformed and improve tire uniformity using a simple device and a device using said method. CONSTITUTION:A bead filler pressure attachment device 2 is equipped with a mobile table 5 which sets a separator 1 loaded with a bead filler W, in a movable manner, on a guide rail 4 laid on a frame 3 horizontally. The mobile table 5 is set so that it can shuttle back and forth between a position X where the separator 1 loaded with the bead filler W through an air cylinder 6 and a position Y where the bead filler W is pressure-attached. In addition, a lift means 9 with a bladder 8 attached to the tip, that is, a life cylinder is installed vertically above the position Y where the bead filler W is pressure-attached to the separator 1. |
