摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of flat shape of a thick steel plate by correcting a calculative amount of plate crown from an actual roll bending amount of the preceeding pass at the end of a pass and reflecting it on the set values of cross angles on and after the succeeding pass to control the plate shape. CONSTITUTION:A crown control constant is transmitted from a pass schedule arithmetic and control part 1A to an adaptive control and arithmetic part 1B and the adaptive control-and arithmetic part 1B enumerates an actual crown amount in real time. The adaptive control and arithmetic part 1B recognizes an error to the target value successively. A tuning gain multiplied by the error is inverted into the feedback correction of a WRB(work roll bending device) 8A and the interference with an AGC(Automatic Gauge Control) is removed to correct the set value of the RB8A automatically. In this way, rolling can be performed by a fixed crown ratio over the whole pass.</p>
