<p>PURPOSE:To provide a device for treating a harmful gas lighter than air capable of preventing the explosion of the harmful gas jetted into the atmosphere and capable of avoiding the generation of oxygen-deficient conditions. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 1 of which upper and lower parts are opened, is set at a harmful gas generating site. The gas concn. is monitored by the gas concn. meter 4 set in the vessel, air is forced into the vessel 1 when the harmful gas is generated, and the harmful gas is diluted in the vessel 1 to the safe concn. and then discharged.</p> |
