PURPOSE:To manufacture interior and exterior materials having stone skin pattern which is easily executed when an inner or outer wall is formed. CONSTITUTION:A melted material 2 in which stone powder and transparent or translucent thermosetting synthetic resin are kneaded is cast in a molding space of a lower mold 1 having a transfer shape formed by inverting a rugged shape of a surface of a stone, and auxiliary molds 5a, 5b are installed at an upper surface 1T side of the mold 1 substantially along an outer periphery of the space. After a fiber sheet 3 is placed from upper surfaces of the molds 5a, 5b to the material 2, an upper mold 4 is placed, a pressing pressure is applied and then the molds 5a, 5b are released, thereby integrally molding a groove 6 to be inserted or an insertion piece 7 extended horizontally in a circumferential direction with the outer peripheral end. |
