PURPOSE:To enable back riding with high quality and high productivity by applying printing to a synthetic resin sheet so that the thickness of an ink film used as a single layer becomes 4mum or more and the thickness of the ink film used as two or more layers becomes 8mum or more and applying film treatment to the end surface of the sheet to weld and bond a heterogenous surface or rear layer to the surface or rear of the sheet. CONSTITUTION:Printing is applied to a synthetic resin sheet 7 with a thickness of 0.1-2.0mm by a screen printing system so that the thickness of an ink film used as a single layer becomes 4mum or more and the thickness of the ink film used as two or more layers becomes 8mum or more. This sheet is processed into a shape capable of being received in a mold and, further, a film 9 is applied to the end surface of the sheet or dyeing treatment is applied to the end surface of the sheet and, thereafter, the sheet is received in the mold so as to be adjacent to the inner surface of the mold. After the mold is closed, a molten resin 6 for molding a molded product is injected in the mold to obtain a synthetic resin molded product having a heterogenous surface or rear layer. The gate introducing the molten resin 6 for the molded product is provided to the mold so as not to cross a printing sheet at a right angle. |
