PURPOSE:To improve the mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, function to give hydrophilicity to surface, dimensional stability at molding, and prevent generation of needles and mold cavities in a molded body obtained by crushing resin powder so as to pelletize it and placing inorganic powder on the surface and/or in the inside of the resin powder so as to compound them. CONSTITUTION:A resin molding material is formed in such a manner that mechanical energy is added to a mixture of resin powder and inorganic powder so as to crush the resin powder and pelletize it, and the inorganic powder is placed on the surface and/or in the inside of the resin powder so as to compound them. Thus, the resin powder is crushed and fined, further, the inorganic powder is placed on the surface and/or in the inside of the resin powder uniformly without coagulating, so that dispersibility of the inorganic powder in the resin will be easily unified when it is used as a resin molding material. Also, irregularity on the surface of the resin powder will be eliminated and condensibility among the resin powders will be reduced, so that fluidity becomes excellent. |
