PURPOSE:To realize cost reduction with the use of low-cost materials without using any chlorofluorocarbon by forming an emulsion containing a polymer component, a phase of aqueous solution of a water-soluble organic solvent, a foaming agent or foam stabilizer, and a specified liquefied gas propellant. CONSTITUTION:The spray-type aqueous emulsion composition containing 10-50wt.% polymer component for forming a plastic foam structure, 10-37wt.% phase of aqueous solution of a water-soluble organic solvent, and the balance of a foaming agent or foam stabilizer and a liquefied gas propellant, wherein the liquefied gas propellant used is one consisting of 15-100wt.% liquefied gas serving as a good solvent and the balance of a liquefied gas serving as a poor solvent. As the polymer for forming a plastic foam structure, a polymer of an acrylic or methacrylic ester and/or a copolymer thereof can be used. |
