PURPOSE:To provide an ink jet head, an ink jet head cartridge and ink jet apparatus capable of realizing an appropriate ink-ejection condition even by different driving cycles, maintaining a stable ejection condition even when printing various ejection patterns and always obtaining a high quality image. CONSTITUTION:An ink jet head comprises a common liquid chamber having a plurality of ink-ejection outlets and ink liquid passages. An ink is supplied to the common liquid chamber from an ink absorption body 900 in an ink tank via an ink passage 600 having a filter 700 and ink droplets are ejected from the ink-ejection outlets to perform the printing. The ink passage 600 is equipped with a flow rate control plate which changes the ink flow resistance therein.
