<p>PURPOSE:To provide the negotiable value storage medium and the premium exchange controller for enabling premium exchanges at various play shops based on the total of stored values concerning the number of play media possessed by play. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an IC card 1 equipped with a storage part for storing the number of balls for Japanese pinball game (PACHINKO) possessed by play or the like, CPU or the like for judging the class of that number and CPU or the like for judging the assigned play shop to which those balls belong, and a premium exchange controller 4 equipped with a CPU or the like for accumulatively adding the number of balls for each play shop stored in this IC card 1, and CPU or the like for outputting the number of balls or the like corresponding to the value of a premium selected by a player, comparing the accumulative number of balls with the corresponding number of balls and performing control so as to exchange the balls with the premium when the former number is larger than the latter number.</p> |
