PURPOSE:To provide an ethylene copolymer compsn. improved in balance among heat stability, moldability, transparency and rigidity, by using a specific ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer and a crystalline polyolefin. CONSTITUTION:(A) 60-99wt.%. ethylene-3-20C alpha-olefin copolymer having a density (d) of 0.880 to 0.960g/cm<3>, a melt flow rate (MFR) of 0.01 to 200g/10min (under a load of 2.16kg at 190 deg.C), a Tm vs. d relationship: Tm<400Xd-250 [wherein Tm ( deg.C) is a temp. at the maximum peak in an endothermic curve measured with a differential scanning calorimeter], an MT vs. MFR relationship: 2.2XMFR<-0.84> [wherein MT (g) is a melt tension at 190 deg.C], etc., is blended with (B) 1-40wt.% at least one crystalline polyolefin selected from among an ethylene homopolymer and ethylene-3-20C alpha-olefin copolymers with MFR=0.01 to 100g/10min and d = at least 0.950g/cm<3>, a propylene homopolymer with MFR=0.1 to 100g/10min (under a load of 2.16kg at 230 deg.C) and d=0.900g/cm<3>, etc. |
