<p>PURPOSE:To realize a pressure detection capacitor wherein its electrostatic capacity is changed largely by a pressure and to realize a pressure detection coordinate indicator, for an electromagnetic induction-type coordinate readout apparatus, wherein a resonance frequency is changed largely by a pressure. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric 6 is formed to be a convex lens shape, and it is sandwiched between a first pressure detection electrode 4 and a second pressure detection electrode 5. A pressure transmission member 2 presses the circumference of the second pressure detection electrode 5 when a pressure is exerted on a part protruding from a case 1. The first pressure detection electrode 4 and the second pressure detection electrode 5 are bent by following the curved surface of the dielectric 6 as the pressure is increased, and their contact area is increased. In this manner, the electrostatic capacity between the first pressure detection electrode 4 and the second pressure detection electrode 5 is changed by the pressure.</p> |
