PURPOSE:To reduce the troubles caused to a user, a store and a parking lot manager by writing the necessary information on a single card at the parking lot side and the store side so as to secure both functions of the parking and discount tickets. CONSTITUTION:A parking controller 1 senses the incoming of a car and draws a parking ticket out of a ticket container to print the incoming time of the car, a list of the contracted stores, etc., on the ticket. Then a clerk of the service counter puts the parking ticket into a parking discount processor 200 and then inputs the amount of purchase written on a receipt via a keyboard 204. Thus a discount amount is calculated based on the amount of purchase. Then the controller 1 senses the insertion of the parking tickets and decides whether the parking charge should be discounted or not based on the amount of purchase read out of the parking ticket. If so, the controller 1 calculates the discount amount and shows the due parking charge on a display device 131 of a parking ticket collecting part. When the coins or a prepaid card is thrown, the amount is discriminated and adjusted at a charge adjustment part. |
