PURPOSE:To provide a spectrum diffusion communication system which omits a circuit needed for reproduction of a digital demodulating carrier signal when the digital demodulation is applied to the received signal. CONSTITUTION:The output signal received from a 1st clock generating circuit 1 is used as a carrier signal for the clock signal of a code generating circuit 3 and also used as the carrier signal of a digital modulation circuit 4. The output signal of the circuit 4 undergoes the spectrum diffusion based on the PN code of a 1st PN code generating circuit 3. At the receiver side, the clock signal supplied to a 2nd PN code generating circuit 12 with which the synchronization is already set up is multiplied by a multiplying circuit 18. Then this multiplied clock signal is supplied as the carrier signal of a digital demodulation circuit 19 for demodulation of the received signal. |
