PURPOSE:To enable simple production of instant soup by transferring the heat- treated ingredients with a holder which can be disassembled into small parts of a certain dimension, cutting the ingredients into the pieces of the same dimension of the parts, transferring from the top of the parts to the tray and freeze- drying the ingredients and the seasoned solution. CONSTITUTION:A rod or plate of heat-treated ingredient is transferred to the supporter which can be disassembled into small parts 1 of a certain dimension in its straight-running zone (a) and cut into pieces of the same dimension of the small part with the blade 3. At the charging zone (b), the ingredient pieces from the parts are transferred to the trays 2 sent from the tray feeder 4, and the trays 2 are filled with the seasoned solution from the solution feeder 5, then tray contents are frozen by passing through the tunnel freezer. |
