<p>PURPOSE:To carry out printing on a printing tape in a desired format for each document data when character string data in a CSV form are inputted. CONSTITUTION:When a CSV mode is set, character string data in a CSV form received from external equipment in an on-line state are stored in a reception buffer. On the other hand, data are read out from the reception buffer and character data in a printing block other than (') and (,) showing delimitation of the data are stored in a text memory (540). In the case when a printing format is set in the printing block stored, besides, the data related to the format are stored in the text memory (S535). When a line feed code is detected (S550: YES), characters are printed on a printing tape (S555) on the basis of the data related to the format and the character data which are stored in the text memory.</p> |
