PURPOSE:To secure enough calorific value and enough rotating torque at the same time by arranging and fixing insulating layers to the center and both sides of the winding rows of a coil, which is made by winding a conductor having heat-resistant insulating film and specified conductivity in two rows without a core, and compressing heat radiation plates from outside of the insulating layers on both sides. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate insulating layer 3 is provided between the winding rows 7 and 7 of a coil 2 which is gotten by winding one insulated cable 6 in two rows. Here, as the insulated cable 6, an object, whose conductor is covered with a heat-resistant insulating cover and whose conductivity is 5-95%, is used. Next, side insulating layers 4 and 4 are fixed firmly to the winding rows 7 and 7 on both sides by a heat-resistant adhesive. And, heat radiation plates 5 and 5 are compressed to both sides of the side face insulating layers 4 and 4 so as to get a magnetic heating element 1. Hereby, enough heating capacity and enough torque can be secured at the same time, and durability improves, and magnetic vibration and beat can be removed. |
