The method compounds the powder of ZeO2 and Al2O3 into the glass frit at the ratio of 5-30wt % in the RuO2 conductive paste. As the relative humidity is varied from 20% to 80% in the characteristic A curve, the resistance of element is reduced from 107 [Ω,cm to 105 [Ω,cm . Grains of ZeO2 and Al2O3 are 2.5 micro-meter in dia. and the quantity is the 5-30 wt% according to the components of glass frit. The powder protects the glass components from absorbing humidity, with increasing to the temperature and contributing the anti-humidity of electrodes. |
