PURPOSE:To make constant the pulse output voltage independently of the change in the pulse repetitive frequency, by adding the circuit correcting the change in PFN circuit output voltage due to the change in the frequency of trigger oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A part of the output of the trigger oscillator 9 is fed to the level correction circuit 21, the output of the level adjuster 12 is corrected in response to the oscillation frequency and fed to the Schmitt triger circuit 11. When the monitor voltage from the voltage monitor 7 and the voltage of the circuit 21 are in agreement at the circuit 11, trigger is developed and DEQ circuit 13 is controlled. Accordingly, by triggering the thyratron 8 with the trigger output, the output pulse voltage fed from PFN circuit 4 to the load 5 is always kept constant even if the pulse repetitive frequency is changed. |
