TREND GRAPH DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a trend graph display device by surely recognizing the trend of a process. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a data processing section 3 which calculates the changing trend of a process state by processing process data and outputs the calculated trend as trend data and a displaying section 7 which graphically and time sequentially displays the process data or trend data. In addition, the device is also provided with a displaying cycle setting section 6 which presets the data displaying cycle of the section 7 and a displaying period setting section which presets the data displaying period of the section 7.
