A substituted 1,2,4-triazinedione of the formula <IMG> in which R1 stands for an unsubstituted or substituted heteroaromatic radicals bonded via carbon, X stands for one or more, identical or different radicals selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, nitro, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, halogenoalkyl, halogenoalkoxy and halogenoalkylthio.
