A specific volume of water is taken from a bath or shower tray, or a container connected to it and is fed by a pneumatic pump from a spiral hose or tube, directly into the lavatory cistern. The hose/tube communicates with the water collection container, and refills automatically after use of the pump. Pneumatic pump and hydraulic hose are separated by a flow blockage element, to prevent water entering the pump. The main water flow in direction of the lavatory is controlled by a ball valve, which leaves a small volume of water in the hose, when the pump has been used. The pump volume is slightly higher than the water volume to be conveyed. USE/ADVANTAGE - For domestic use. Reduces amount of fresh drinking water used, resulting in cost savings, and it is environmentally friendly.
