<p>PURPOSE:To provide a dispenser capable of positioning the tip of a needle with high accuracy by enhancing the response by using a stepping motor as a drive mechanism and controlling the up-and-down moving stroke of a syringe by a crank mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A dispenser applying cream solder to a substrate is constituted of a syringe 1 having cream solder received therein, the needle 2 fixed to the leading end of the syringe 1 and a drive mechanism 3 using stepping motor driving and eccentric rotary driving. This drive mechanism 3 is constituted of a linear guide 10, a stepping motor 11, a crank 13 and a connecting rod 14 and the stepping motor 11 is rotated by a predetermined angle and the crank 13 and the connecting rod 14 are eccentrically rotated in connection with the rotation of the stepping motor 11 and the syringe 1 is moved up and down over a predetermine distance through a syringe holder 9.</p> |
