<p>PURPOSE:To reduce expenditure for a preforming mold, simplify management, improve workability and productivity, and reduce the cost. CONSTITUTION:Filament materials made by coating periphery of core material with unvulcanized rubber are arranged in mold grooves of a kind of preforming mold having mold grooves of net pattern. After pressing, a preforming body is taken out. Next, the filament materials are embedded in mold grooves 5 of a preforming body press mold 6 having the mold grooves 5 of net pattern. After the filament materials are embedded in mold grooves 11-13 of a kind or some kinds of extension press molds 8, 9 for adjusting length connected to the preforming body press mold 6 and a coupling band part press mold 10, they are vulcanized and pressed with heat so as to integrate them. The extension press molds are increased or decreased dependent on size of anti-skid net.</p> |
