摘要
一种眼科手术用带有荧光的粘弹性物质,是由1—2%的透明质酸钠或透明质酸钠与硫酸软骨素合剂,甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酰胺,羟丙基甲基纤维素,与98—99%的平衡盐溶液或生理缓冲液,以及0.1×10<SUP>-4</SUP>~5×10<SUP>-4</SUP>%(重量)的医用荧光剂所组成。其外观带有浅黄绿色的荧光,在自然光下可清楚观察粘弹性物质在眼前房分布情况及手术后是否将粘弹性物质冲洗干净,有利于病人的手术后恢复,经数千例临床验证,效果非常好。
