PURPOSE:To reduce intial setting of a management system to a considerable degree by allocating in advance an address for each of a card reader, tenkey unit, and electric lock control unit. CONSTITUTION:A card reader 2, tenkey unit 3, and electric lock control unit 4 constitute one group, and a plurality of such groups are connected with a center device 12. Addresses for these units are allocated previously. If the number of groups is taken to 50, by way of example, the addresses for 50 card readers 2 are made 1-50, while the addresses for other card readers are made 51-100, and addresses for tenkey units 3 made 101-150, and the ones for electric lock control units 4 made 151-200. The units are connected with these addresses set previously. At the initial setting of the system, accordingly, the center device 12 is no more needed to be fed with such entry data as the addresses for the units, grouping, number of units in group connection, etc. |
