The invention refers to a dispensing device for flowing substances and comprises a container (3), a valve arrangement (2) and a conduit (6) extended therebetween. At its end (30) adapted for connection to the container (3) the conduit presents a cutting means arranged to cut through a sealing arranged on the container. A sleeve attachable to the container (3) comprises at least one internal annular tightening device arranged to tighten against the outside of a tubular part, which extends through the sleeve, and by the end of which the cutting means is arranged. The invention also refers to a suspension device for a bag-like container (3) on a carrier (56). The suspension device includes a carrying device (57) intended to engage in a carrying way with an upper edge part (58) of the container (3) in such a way that the carrying forces are applicated relatively evenly distributed along said upper edge part (58) of the container (3). The carrier also comprises means for carrying the carrying device (57). |
