PURPOSE:To attain oblique access with a simple configuration and to speedily rotate an original image by using dynamic memory cells. CONSTITUTION:This memory access device is provided with different row addressing wirings DDL0 to DDL3 for connecting respective dynamic memory cells MC1 to MC16 to respective dynamic memory cells arranged on adjacent rows and columns and demultiplexers DM0 to DM3 for supplying row selecting signals to same row addressing wirings RDL0 to RDL3 similar to convensional wirings or the wirings DDL0 to DDL3 and rotation in the rows is executed by controlling a column selecting signal. |
