PURPOSE:To obtain a complex nutritional transfusion solution, composed of two solutions of a solution containing an amino acid and fats and a solution containing a saccharide and an electrolyte and stable for a long period. CONSTITUTION:This complex nutritional transfusion solution is obtained by mixing two solutions of a solution containing an amino acid and fats (e.g. L- isoleucine-soybean oil) and a solution containing a saccharide and an electrolyte (e.g. glucose-potassium chloride) in use. The fat concentration in the solution containing the amino acid and the fats is preferably 2-10wt.% expressed in terms of the whole amino acid and 0.5-3 pts.wt. fats is mixed with 1 pt.wt. amino acid. The saccharide concentration in the solution containing the saccharide and the electrolyte is preferably 15-60wt.%. The transfusion solution is filled in a flexible plastic bag, a rigid plastic bottle, etc. Since this solution can stably be preserved for a long period and complicated operation is not required in administering to a patient, it can be administered without causing pollution due to microorganisms and fine particles. |
