<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a steering roll connector from deforming under changes in temperatures, and noises at the time of friction of a cable or rotation of a steering from generating by forming pressure sensitive adhesive layer with an adhesive which has high fluidity to mount an antivibration sheet of a steering roll connector. CONSTITUTION:An antivibration sheet is provided with a foam layer and an adhesive layer formed in the aforementioned order on one side of a low frictional sheet, and the adhesive layer is made of the adhesive which has a large fluidity such as aberration distance of 4mm or more of the aberration test. The low frictional sheet 1 is integral with the foam layer 2 which consists of polyurethane, chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber, etc., of 0.1-2mm thick and the adhesive layer 3. Rubber series, acrylic series, silicone series or, etc., adhesive is used for the adhesive layers 3 and 4, but acrylic series adhesive is recommended in view of durability and cost.</p> |
