PURPOSE:To clearly read a character at the time of proofreading the layout of a slip. CONSTITUTION:The layout of a slip 21 is printed in a specified area in the center part of a recording paper 20. The character printed in an area shown by 22 in the lower part of the layout of the slip is a character registered in a difficultly read character file as the character difficult to read, and the character in the area 22 is printed in the area of the margin shown by 23 in a specified size, for example, the size of 7 point. In order to show that the character of the part of the area 22 is enlarged and printed in the area 23, an arrow 24 is printed from the area 22 to the area 23. Since all the characters are clearly recognized by using such proofreading paper, whether or not character input is performed as required is easily judged. |
