PURPOSE:To improve a super-magnetostriction actuator which utilizes super- magnetostrictive element. CONSTITUTION:A driving element 1 bonded, or pressed for lamination, with yokes 3 and 3a, bias magnets 2-2d, super-magnetostrictive elements 1a and 1b, etc., is fixed on the yokes 3 and 3a, and a coil 4 is placed around the outer periphery of the driving element 1 with a gap inserted, and a vibration transferring member 9 is bonded to the upper part of the driving element 1, and further, the upper surface of the vibration transferring member 9 is pressed to the lower surface of a magnification lever 7 for fixing. One end of the magnification lever 7 is fixed to a magnification lever attaching member 16, and the other end is attached with a rod 13 with which a pre-stress spring 10 is engaged at its bottom, and the bottom end of the pre-stress spring 10 is engaged with an adjustment member 11 which permits adjustment with an adjustment bolt, a super-magnetostriction actuator configured as this. |
