COMPOSITE MATERIAL OF CERAMICS BASE FOR FLAME SPRAYING AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a firmly bonded composite material of ceramics base for flame spraying. CONSTITUTION:Ceramics particles 2 are blended with a metal material 3 to become a coating layer of the particles 2 by a dry method and repeatedly subjected to mechanical impact to mechanically bond the metal material 3 to the surface of the ceramics particles 2. The ceramics particles 2 and the metal material 3 applied to the particles 2 are mutually penetrated into an uneven part 16 to give a composite material of ceramics base for flame spraying.
