PURPOSE:To reduce the circuit scale and the power consumption with respect to the receiver which receives a digital signal sent in the multi-carrier transmission system in the way of space diversity. CONSTITUTION:A variable frequency oscillator 15 oscillates and outputs a frequency conversion signal in which the same frequencies as n-kinds of intermediate frequencies are switched in time series. Frequency converters 14a, 14b implement frequency conversion to the frequency conversion signal by using a multi-carrier intermediate frequency signal from hybrid circuits 13a, 13b. A phase comparator 18 compares the phases of output signals from the frequency converters 14a, 14b. A control circuit 19 output n-kinds of carrier control signals to synthesizers 2o-2n in time series synchronously with the frequency switching timing of the frequency conversion signal based on a phase error signal from the phase comparator 18. |
