PURPOSE:To provide the endoscope leakage detecting device which can execute exactly a detection and a decision of a leakage part of an endoscope without damaging the endoscope. CONSTITUTION:The endoscope leakage detecting device for feeding air into the inside of an endoscope 4, and also, measuring a pressure variation of the inside of its endoscope 4, detecting an air leakage from the endoscope 4 and detecting a leakage of the endoscope is provided with a temperature control means for maintaining a temperature in the periphery of the endoscope 4 at a prescribed temperature, in the course of measuring a pressure variation. Accordingly, an unstable pressure variation by an external atmosphere can be suppressed to the minimum, and also, softening of an endoscope soft part can be prevented. |
