PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic oscillator, simple, miniaturized and having a large amplitude output. CONSTITUTION:The device is constituted of a first laminated piezoelectric element 2, whose one end is fixed and supported, a resonator 1, adhered to the other end of the first laminated piezoelectric element 2, a second laminated piezoelectric element 3, whose one end is adhered to the resonator 1 in a direction except the oscillating direction of the first laminated piezoelectric element 2, and an additional weight body 8, adhered to the other end of the second laminated piezoelectric element 3. |
