PURPOSE: To obtain not only required mechanical stability but also to fulfill the requisites to use and moreover enable it to be applicable easily by performing surface treatment to a cord with a conductive agent for impregnation permeable to the resin for impregnation, before leading in of the cord. CONSTITUTION: A cord has a core, consisting of fibers extending in large numbers, and the many fibers are collected at the core part so as to form an elastic one piece of braid, and also the braid is sheathed with an also elastic sheath 2 made of insulating material. Then, the sheath 2 is permeable to the resin for impregnation, and the braid 1 is the same. Then, the surface of the cord is passed through the bath housing an agent for impregnation for impregnation treatment with a conductive agent for impregnation before assembly of the cord, but the agent for impregnation consists an aqueous coupling agent and an added conductive pigment. In this case, the stay time in bath is selected, so that the coupling impregnation of the cord may be produced essentially only in the surface region of the sheath 2, but that it may be produced with the rough block connected with the sheath 2 as the limit, even at a maximum penetration depth.
