PURPOSE:To shorten a document preparation by providing a function which inputs and outputs a document file, preserving the document file in a memory by an inputted use code, and converting the document file into a bit map image by a Chinese character ROM. CONSTITUTION:The document file inputted by a personal computer 4, the conventionally stored document file, and data from a data base are inputted through an outside equipment I/F 17 as the document data, stored in an inside memory 11 or an IC memory card 13, or characters are bit map-converted by using a Chinese character ROM I/F 9 and a Chinese character ROM 10, written in a display memory 8, and displayed at a plane display 20. And also, the document data inputted and edited by a plotting/inputting/displaying part 2, and the document data read from the inside memory 11 or the IC memory card 13 are outputted through the outside equipment I/F 17 to the personal computer 4 side as the document file, re-edited or stored in the storage device of the personal computer 4 side, and registered in the data base. |
