PURPOSE:To materialize a positioning device which can firmly position a board in a specified position when loading a small-sized board on a carrier and mounting the chip on this board. CONSTITUTION:A carrier 1, where a board 2 is loaded, is provided with a wall 3a for positioning the board 2, and a hole 5 is opened in the vicinity of this wall 1a. Moreover, a a stage 13, where projecting members 25 are projected, is arranged below the carrier 1. Accordingly, the board 2 is positioned, being pressed against the wall 3a for positioning by lifting up the base 13 and fitting the projecting member 25 in this hole 5 and pressing this projecting member 25 against the side of the board 2 as it is, and in that condition, bond 58 is applied on the board 2 and also a chip 61 is mounted on this board 2. |
