发明名称 SURFACEEFLATTENING METHOD FOR HOT ZINC DIPPED STEEL SHEET
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a zinc-plated product having flat and uniform appearance, by, in hot Zn dipping in a box having nonoxidizing or reducing atmosphere, soldifying the molten Zn adhered to the steel sheet in the air instead of in the box described above after wiping for controlling plated quantity. CONSTITUTION:A cold rolled coil 1 is surface-cleaned through reducing annealing in a mixed gas 2 of a composition, e.g., 10% H2-N2, then molten Zn is adhered to one side of the coil by an electromagentic pump 3. Excess molten Zn, which is, e.g., at 440 deg.C and which is adhered to the surface of the coil 1, is wiped off with a hot wiping gas 4 which is at 450 deg.C, and the coil 1 is pulled out to the air with the Zn adhered to the surface unsolidified, and the molten Zn is solidified in the air. This method forms plated surface of good quality, having no irregularity because of the increase in flowability (decrease in viscosity) of the molten Zn caused by the oxidation of the hot dipped surface.
